ZUMBA with Jean Amos, a
combination of easy-to-follow dance steps put to
high energy Latin and International music. It is
exercise in diguise, burning up to 500 calories per
class! You don't need to have a dance background to
Zumba. So come in and join the Zumba Party!
Requirements: comfortable clothing, sneakers, a
bottle of water and a towel.

GENTLE YOGA With Nailah
Bellinger. This class is designed for the new and
experienced yoga practitioner. Students will be
introduced to the correct Sanskrit and English names
of all asanas (yoga poses) as well as offered an
explanation of their holistic benefits. Gentle yoga
is designed to restore and de-stress the body on a
mental, spiritual and physical level. The class
offers a systematic sequencing of asanas to
alleviate joint and muscle pain through correct body
alignment. The class also focuses on relieving
emotional stress, helping the student unwind at the
end of a demanding day. Requirements: All yoga
practitioners should bring a mat, a bottle of water
and a towel to each class
